How does Community Solar Work?
Community solar, sometimes called “shared solar,” or "Solar Gardens," makes it possible for everyone to save with solar. That includes condo and apartment dwellers, renters, and homeowners who can’t—or don’t want to—install solar on their roofs.
All panels are placed out in your community! The solar arrays are located somewhere in your area, like a field, building, or parking lot.
The way it works is: You sign up to participate in a community solar project in your community. Then, you get to enjoy the benefits and savings from your share of the electricity they produce!

Paperwork & Agreement
All paperwork is signed at the time of Solar Consult; Customers sign all documentation via "DocuSIGN"
with their personal email.
No hidden clauses or restrictions!
Installation
Unlike Rooftop Solar, Community Solar Garden programs will NEVER install anything on your personal property of business. All Solar Panels are installed off site.
